Lanier Zimmer

Lanier Zimmer is an accomplished global people leader with a focus on strategy activation, culture, and organizational change. They earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Northwestern University, where their thesis was selected as an exemplary project. Lanier has held various roles including Consulting Manager at Accenture and Director of Admissions at the American University of Myanmar, where they developed recruitment strategies and led change initiatives.
