William Michael Hadala Jr.

William Michael Hadala Jr., PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. William Michael currently serves as the Vice President for Business, Operations, and Strategy and Program Director at American Lithium Energy (ALE), a leading lithium-ion battery technology and manufacturing company. In this role, they focus on bridging the gap between business and manufacturing, directing the Program Management Office (PMO), and executing operational and strategic initiatives to drive corporate objectives.

Prior to their current role, William was a Member of the FBI-InfraGard North Texas Members Alliance and the FBI-InfraGard National Members Alliance, where they dedicated himself to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.

William Michael also founded and served as the Principal Founder of A113 Venture Fund, a venture capital firm that provided strategic guidance, business intelligence, and access to capital to emerging technology companies. Additionally, they were the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder, as well as the Program Director, at TMGcore, a technology company specializing in data center infrastructure and energy efficiency solutions.

Previously, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder, as well as the Program Director, of iWire365, a technology company offering IT and cloud computing services. William Michael also held the position of Director of Business Development at Clearwire, a telecommunications company providing wireless broadband services.

William's earlier experiences include serving as Vice President and Program Director at Young Jobs, an organization dedicated to creating job opportunities for young people, and as the Director of Business Development at APartnership, an advertising and marketing agency specializing in culturally relevant campaigns. William Michael obtained a Micro Masters in Principles of Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing from 2023 to 2033. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Professional & Management Development Courses at Capella University from 2014 to 2016, focusing on Project Management. In addition, they hold a Technical Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from Glendale Career College in 1995 and 1996. Lastly, they pursued General Education courses at Los Angeles Pierce College from 1993 to 1994.
