With over ten years of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience, as well as a decade in entry-level talent, Manuela's background spans technology, financial services, and law. Previously, Manuela held roles as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at The Royal Bank of Scotland, a Project Co-Ordinator at Morgan Stanley, and a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Advisor at Norton Rose Fulbright. Educated with a BA Hons in International Business with German from the University of Greenwich, Manuela is a strategic thinker and proactive relationship builder, committed to driving impactful change in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
