Marcus Hayes is the co-founder of The Storytellers, which became a successful practice within Accenture, where they currently serve as Principal Director. Over their career, Marcus has collaborated with more than 200 executive teams globally to develop strategic narratives that drive engagement, behavioral change, and performance improvement. Before their role at Accenture, Marcus directed The Storytellers Ltd from 2003 to 2023, and served as Board Account Director at BMP DDB Needham from 1987 to 1994. They hold a degree in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University, awarded in 1983.
