Mariela Leto is a seasoned professional in the Human Resources and talent acquisition domain with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Accenture since July 2024 in Global IT - Change Management and T&O, Mariela previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Integralis Consulting, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and utilizing various recruitment channels and metrics. Mariela's experience spans roles as a senior technical global recruiter at Nespon Solutions, as well as senior recruiting positions at peoplepath and IQTalent Partners, focusing on technical roles such as engineers and developers.
