Matt Weinstein

Matt Weinstein has extensive experience in intellectual property law, primarily in the technology, medical device, and automotive sectors. As Managing Director and Global Legal Lead for Industry X at Accenture from January 2006 to November 2020, Matt oversaw legal support for advancements in product design, engineering, and AI-powered manufacturing. Prior roles at Accenture included leadership in global patent operations and advising on intellectual property strategy. Previous legal positions involved representing clients in intellectual property litigation and transactions, including work at Winston & Strawn LLP and Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Matt holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
