Molly Tierney

Molly Tierney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public sector leadership. Currently, Molly serves as Managing Director for the North America Public Sector at Accenture, a role held since January 2018 after progressing from Senior Manager. Prior to joining Accenture, Molly worked for the Baltimore City Department of Social Services as Director from December 2007 to August 2017, and also held the position of Deputy Director at both the City of Chicago and the DC Child and Family Services Agency. Earlier career experiences include a fellowship at the Annie E. Casey Foundation and a Program Director role at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Molly's educational background includes a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
