Naira Barros is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality, training, and policy, currently serving as the QTP Lead for EU operations at Accenture. Naira has held senior positions as a Corporate Trainer specializing in AML & Compliance operations and Trust and Safety. Prior roles include Product Manager and Executive Assistant at Enlightenment.AI, and Head of Undergraduate Career Development at Empreende UnP. Early experiences include an internship at Sebrae RN and project coordination at Centro de Estudos Internacionais UnP. Naira holds a Master's degree in Development and International Cooperation from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Potiguar.
