Natalie Batten

Natalie Batten is a Managing Director at Accenture, where they lead the firm's initiatives across North Carolina's public service entities, including state agencies, local governments, higher education, and nonprofits. With over 20 years of experience in public service, Natalie specializes in client delivery and modernization, guiding teams across various sectors. Currently, Natalie manages Accenture's 900+ person Raleigh office, fostering community and collaboration while working with local leaders on strategic projects. Additionally, as Chair of the Board of Directors for the NC Technology Association, Natalie champions economic independence through their volunteer work with Dress for Success Triangle NC. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, they hold degrees in Political Science and Communication.
