Javier Enrile

Javier Enrile is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of M&A/Corporate Development at TIAA since January 2021, Javier previously held key roles at PGIM as Vice President of Strategy & M&A and at Principal Global Investors as Managing Director of M&A. Javier's career includes leadership positions at New York Life Insurance Company, MasterCard, and Citi, where responsibilities encompassed valuation modeling, due diligence coordination, and legal contract negotiations. Javier holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
