Natasha Datta

Natasha Datta is currently the Vice President of Talent Strategy at Accenture, where they have previously held the role of Assistant Vice President in the same department. Natasha has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a Human Resources Executive at Birlasoft and as a Consultant at Ma Foi Randstad. They have also contributed to academia as a Visiting Faculty Member at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Natasha began their professional journey with internships at Thermax Limited and Aon. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's in Labour Law & Labour Welfare, at Symbiosis International University and Symbiosis Law School.
