Anna Zec is the Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy at Scotiabank, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Anna served as Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner at Scotiabank from 2022 to 2024, and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CIBC from 2014 to 2015. Their extensive career in human resources includes various leadership positions at TD Bank Group, where they were Associate Vice President for multiple divisions, as well as Senior Manager for Strategic HR Planning. Anna is currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology at the University of Toronto.
