Richard Lea is currently the Managing Director at Accenture, leading Retail Technology in the UKI. They have extensive experience in technology strategy, having served as Associate Partner at REPL Group, part of Accenture, and as Associate Director at Javelin Group. Prior to their roles in retail technology, Richard worked at IBM as an IT Specialist and Client Technical Professional. Richard holds an MSc in Advanced Computer Science with ICT Management and a BSc (Hons) in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Manchester.
