Rinku Kaul

Rinku Kaul is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Managing Director of Global Recruiting at Accenture since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading recruiting transformation. Previously, Rinku held the role of Managing Director of Talent Supply Chain for Accenture Technology India and served as Associate Director for Talent Supply Chain at Accenture Technology. Rinku's extensive experience at Accenture began in 2007, with roles including Vice President of Talent Strategy, Vice President of Recruiting, and Associate Vice President of Learning. Earlier career experience includes positions as HR Generalist/Business Partner at Accenture Operations and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at GE Capital International Services, as well as a Management Trainee at Gillette India. Rinku holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Mumbai University.
