Robin Downs

Robin Downs, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Manager in the Workday Education and Government Practice at Accenture since March 2020, following a role as Associate Manager within the same practice. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal Consultant at Sierra-Cedar, focusing on ERP applications and technology alongside prominent partners such as Oracle and Workday. Robin held various positions at the County of Riverside from 2002 to 2018, culminating as Assistant Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included establishing the HR Operations Center and managing recruiting processes for thousands of staff annually. Earlier roles at Conexant Systems/Jazz Semiconductor and Boeing involved handling employee relations and HR generalist functions. Education includes an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Lean Six Sigma certification, alongside a BA in Sociology from UCLA.
