Roman Havens

Roman Havens currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Sales Excellence and Bid Management at Accenture, starting in August 2025. Concurrently, Roman is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach at Renzo Gracie Academy since April 2023. Previously, Roman was a Program Ambassador at Tundra Technical Solutions, managing the Northwest territory for The Boeing Company. Roman also held positions as an Account Executive at Beacon Hill and as a Mid-Market Account Manager at Zones, where expertise included Workplace Modernization, Network Optimization, Data Center Transformation, and Security Fortification. Roman's leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, organizing events, and promoting academic success among peers. Earlier roles included Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Operations Manager at Life Line Pet Nutrition. Roman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Economics from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
