Ryan Shanks

Ryan Shanks is an advocate for change as both an idealist and pragmatist. With a career spanning corporate transformation, change management and innovation, Ryan believes businesses are looking for sustainable, new and novel ways to deliver value to the bottom line.

Recently appointed as the lead for Innovation in Europe at Accenture, Ryan works with organisations who want to be more responsive and move at pace from idea to impact. His previous role was Managing Director at The Dock, Accenture’s flagship R&D and Global Innovation Center. He is a thought leader on corporate innovation, talent and organisation development who serves on a number of advisory boards and frequently presents at academic, governmental and business events.

Ryan was born and raised in rural Illinois and has spent most of his adult life living in Sweden and Ireland.
