Daniel Smentek is a Systemic Innovation Consultant, Personality Coach, and Behavioural Trainer with extensive experience in business consulting and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Innovation & Design Europe at Accenture, they support organizations and individuals in achieving significant, sustainable transformations. Since 2016, Daniel has also worked as a stress resilience and mental health trainer and coach at FITFIRM and has been a systemic coach and trainer with distinctum since 2014. They hold a Diplom-Kaufmann in Organization Design and Human Resource Management from FH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Curtin University.
