Samantha Gray

Samantha Gray is a driven Talent and Organization Strategist with extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness. They provided analytical support at Aon as a Human Resources Analyst from 2015 to 2017, participating in Aon's Early Career Program and developing compensation models. Subsequently, they held roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they contributed to significant organizational transformations, and West Monroe, performing culture assessments and optimizing workforce strategies.
