Scott Smyth is the Founder and Group CEO of Soben, a global quantity surveying and commercial management consultancy established in 2011. Prior to founding Soben, Scott served as a Commercial Manager at R&D Construction Group Ltd and held senior roles at Melville Dundas Limited and East Ayrshire Council.
