Shiksha Benimadho

Shiksha Benimadho possesses extensive experience in talent development and social impact initiatives, particularly within the African context, having served in various leadership roles at Accenture from April 2014 to January 2024. As Africa Lead for Accenture Development Partnerships, Shiksha focused on collaborating with NGOs, foundations, and public agencies to advance social outcomes and the Sustainable Development Goals. Previous positions included Head of Talent Strategy and Development (T&O) and Impact Sourcing Capability Development Lead, which emphasized stakeholder management and recruitment processes. Shiksha also contributed as a Process Excellence and Change Enabler Consultant, driving training material development and identifying skills gaps, and served as People Advocate Lead for a major search engine in Europe.
