Prior to this, Smitha held the position of Executive Director - Data Science at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where leadership of a high-performing global team focused on delivering advanced solutions across North America and EMEA was key. Additional experience includes roles such as Global AI Director at Ericsson, Head of Data Innovation at ThoughtWorks, and Sr. Staff Data Scientist at GE Aviation, showcasing a strong background in developing AI roadmaps, data science applications, and advanced analytics.
