Thomas Schroeder III

Thomas Schroeder III serves as the Managing Director and North American Workday Financials Practice Leader at Accenture since February 2022. Previously, Thomas held the position of Director of Professional Services at Ridgeline from August 2020 to February 2022. Thomas has extensive experience at Alight Solutions, where Thomas served in various leadership roles from May 2017 to August 2020, including Vice President and Senior Director of the Global Practice Leader for Financials. In earlier roles, Thomas contributed to Aon as Product Strategy Lead and Financials Sales Director, and commenced a career as a Workday Financials Consultant at OmniPoint. Thomas began a notable journey in leadership as Camp Director and High School Swim Coach at AquaKids from June 2005 to May 2011. Thomas received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University and graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High.
