Todd Christian is an accomplished transformation partner with over 30 years of experience in leadership, organization design, and project management. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Accenture, Todd has previously held senior roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, focusing on M&A integration and organizational effectiveness. Todd earned an MBA from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, and also served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Additionally, Todd has contributed to the field as a board member of the Organization Design Forum and is on the Board of Advisors for the Queens University of Charlotte's Masters in Talent and Organization Development program.
