Tom Lounibos is the managing director of Accenture Ventures. Tom has also worked with Dragos, Inc. and SOASTA - now part of Akamai. Tom has been in the industry for over 10 years and has gained a lot of experience in different aspects of web and mobile development.

Tom Lounibos has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. Their first job was with Accenture, where they gained experience in different aspects of web and mobile development. After a few years, they moved to Dragos, Inc., where they worked on developing software for the military and intelligence communities. In 2006, they co-founded SOASTA, which revolutionized the way we look at web and mobile user experience (UX). The company was acquired by Akamai in 2017 for 17 billion dollars.

Lounibos has always been interested in innovative ways to improve software development. In 2013, they began integrating artificial intelligence into the SOASTA platform, making it the first AI-based test platform. Using machine learning, SOASTA metrics help to monetize the cost of latency on a website or mobile application. Today, these metrics are the foundation of web and mobile performance worldwide.
