Tyler Coons

Tyler Coons is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow platforms and IT solution architecture. Currently, Tyler serves as a Tech Architecture Manager at Accenture since November 2025. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at Maryville Consulting Group from July 2022 to November 2025, and ServiceNow Systems Engineer II at Safety National from August 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities involved platform upgrades, system integrations, and custom enhancements for various IT and business support teams.
