Previously, they held the position of DGM F&A Operations at IBM India, specializing in order to cash processes and driving business transformation projects. Vasudha has a robust foundation in finance operations, having worked in various roles at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services and IBM Global Process Services, where they led multiple improvement initiatives. They hold an MBA in Finance and Operations from the National Institute of Business Management and are currently pursuing a Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
