Alexandra Raț is an ICA Associate Member with extensive experience in human resources and compliance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Business Compliance Analyst and Employee Representative at Accesa since December 2019, Alexandra has focused on bridging the gap between people and business within a 'People First' company culture. Previous roles include Assistant Human Resources Business Partner at Huhtamaki and HR Generalist at South Coast Port Services Limited, where Alexandra supported various HR functions, including talent and performance management, stakeholder relations, and compliance with employment legislation.
