Ana T.

Ana T. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Web-application Developer at Siemens Program and System Engineering. Ana then worked as a SmallTalk Developer for the CONDIS Project before becoming a Developer and Trainer in the DACH Area. In 2009, Ana joined Microsoft as a Sharepoint Engineer in the DACH Area and later took on roles as a Sharepoint Technical Lead and Senior Technical Lead for the EMEA region. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Tech. Solutions Professional on Modern Workplace for Microsoft. Currently, Ana holds positions at Accesa.eu, where they started as a Project Manager and later became a Business Area Manager in the Digital Manufacturing field. Their most recent role is as the Head of Service Delivery for Customer Product Development & AI Services.

Ana T. started their education in 2000 at the National High School "Liviu Rebreanu" in Bistrita, Romania, where they graduated in 2004 with a focus on Mathematics and Informatics. In the same year, they obtained the Sprachdiplom Zweite Stufe from the Deutschsprachiges Kulturzentrum Hermannstadt. From 2004 to 2008, Ana attended the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, earning a degree in Mathematics and Informatics with a German section. During their studies, they spent the academic year 2006-2007 as an Erasmus/SOCRATES student at Friedrich-Schiller Universität Jena in Germany.

In 2008, Ana moved on to pursue a Master's degree in International Management with a German section at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, also at Babes-Bolyai University. Ana completed their master's program in 2009.

Ana continued to enhance their skills and obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the ITIL® Foundation v3 Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN. Starting from 2015, they obtained various accreditations from Microsoft, such as the accreditation for Office365 SharePoint Online End-User and Site Administration and the accreditation for the Sharepoint Onboarding Accelerator. In the same year, they also completed the exam for implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

In 2017, Ana earned the MCSA: Office 365 certification and passed the exam for managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements (70-347). Ana continued their Microsoft certifications in 2018 with the MCSE: Productivity - Certified 2018 and the Exam 339: Managing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016.
