Otilia Dragu is an experienced software professional with a robust background in .NET development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a .NET Technical Lead at accesa.eu since July 2019, Otilia has a history of leading teams and projects, including roles at ERNI as a WPF Lead Developer and previous positions at accesa.eu. With expertise in C#, WPF, Agile methodologies, and scientific applications, Otilia has successfully managed teams, contributed to software architecture, and facilitated Scrum processes. Otilia holds a Master's degree in Economic Decisions Support Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Babes-Bolyai University, further enhancing a strong foundation in both technical and business domains.
