Kayla Marshall

Kayla Marshall has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Their most recent position is as an Associate Project Manager at Access 2 Insight, LLC, where they currently work. Prior to this, Kayla worked as a Temporary Assigned Teacher at Chicago Public Schools, where they acted as the primary educator for grades 5-8 art classes. Kayla also served as a Substitute Teacher at the same school.

In 2021, Kayla worked as a Wardrobe Supervisor at Theater at Monmouth, and in 2020, they were the Chairperson for UMass Theatre Guild. As a Play Producer at UMass Amherst Theatre Guild from 2019 to 2020, Kayla excelled in hiring and overseeing a full artistic team, establishing budgets, and securing grants for the organization.

Before that, they worked as a Stitcher at UMass Amherst Costume Shop from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they also interned as a Costume/Wardrobe Intern at Theater at Monmouth. Overall, Kayla Marshall has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills in their various roles.

Kayla Marshall graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre/Theater. During their time at the university, they also pursued minors in Fine and Studio Arts and Education. Additionally, they obtained certificates in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management as well as Social Work and Welfare. In March 2022, they received a Project Management Certification from Google, and in November 2021, they obtained a Five Year License as a Substitute Teacher from the Illinois State Board of Education.
