Akm Alamgir

AKM Alamgir, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Prior to this, they worked at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services as the Director of Organizational Health and Learning, where they focused on building a cohesive leadership team and implementing strategic clarity. AKM Alamgir, PhD has an extensive education history. AKM obtained their MBBS degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Dhaka in 1984. AKM went on to complete a DIH (MPH-IH) degree in Industrial Health and Toxicology from the same university in 1988. In 2005, they earned a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Epidemiology and Public Health from the University of Dhaka.

In 2006, Alamgir enrolled at the University of Dhaka again and pursued a PhD degree, specializing in the Evaluation of behavioural risk interventions. AKM completed their PhD in 2010.
