Golnaz Amighi

Golnaz Amighi is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR administration and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services since January 2023, Golnaz oversees HR operations for over 100 employees, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with employment law. Previous roles include Human Resources Specialist at UNDP, where responsibilities involved managing recruitment processes and organizational learning, and HR Coordinator at the Norwegian Refugee Council, supervising HR staff and enhancing HR service quality.
