Jaime Bernardo Mulhovo

Jaime Bernardo Mulhovo is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Access Bank Plc, overseeing operations in Mozambique, Angola, Namibia, Botswana, and Zambia since June 2022. Jaime also holds the position of Country CISO at Access Bank Mozambique, where responsibilities include developing comprehensive IT risk management programs, enhancing information security frameworks, and providing leadership within the information and cyber security organization. Previous roles at Access Bank Mozambique include acting Head of IT and Team Leader for Infrastructure, Network, and Security. Jaime's career spans various technical and managerial positions, including network administration and infrastructure management at organizations such as ABC Holdings Limited - BancABC and Standard Bank Moçambique. Jaime holds a Licenciatura in Engineering, specializing in Informatics and Telecommunications, from ISUTC, earned between 2012 and 2016.
