Kehinde Shittu

Kehinde Shittu is a customer-centric professional with extensive experience in operations management, customer experience management, and the reconciliation and settlement of IMTO transactions within the banking industry. Currently serving as Team Lead for Global Payment Operations at Access Bank Plc since September 2022, Kehinde has a proven track record in leading teams to enhance customer experience and efficiently resolve transaction disputes. Previous roles include Branch Service Manager at Wema Bank Plc and various positions at Fidelity Bank PLC, including ATM Custodian, Cash Officer, Funds Transfer Officer, and Customer Service Authorizer. Kehinde's early career also included a stint as a Training Supervisor at CWAY Group and an HR Intern at African Newspapers of Nigeria Plc. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Personnel Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor's degree in Education Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University.
