Gaelle Achdjian is a seasoned professional in the fields of finance, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Access Capital Partners since October 2021, Gaelle has held various positions within the organization, including Associate ESG & Sustainability and ESG Analyst. Prior to this, Gaelle co-founded Lebanon Talks, fostering dialogue between public and political actors, and coordinated programs at Ticket for Change aimed at empowering changemakers. Experience also includes coordinating the Fellowship Program at Ashoka and working as a Junior Consultant at Beyond Group. Earlier roles include an internship as an Economic Analyst at BLOMINVEST Bank and a journalism internship at L'Orient-Le Jour. Gaelle holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in International Relations from HEIP and an MSc in International Strategy and Economic Development from ESCE International Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's in Economics and another in Political Science from the American University of Beirut.
