Ethan Aronoff

Ethan Aronoff is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in developing HR departments and managing diverse functions within the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Access Capital since November 2013, Ethan has successfully established a new HR department, implemented cost-reducing benefits programs, and overseen the recruitment process for administrative and accounting roles. Prior to this, Ethan worked at DreamWorks Classics and Brand Union as HR & Payroll Manager, where responsibilities included managing HR departments, payroll functions, and ensuring compliance. Ethan began a career in HR as an Office Manager at Digitas, overseeing office management for a large workforce. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University.
