Amber W. has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and healthcare. Amber started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Epic Systems Corporation. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Accenture from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Access Community Health Network as the Lead Financial Systems Application Analyst. Amber then progressed within the organization, holding roles such as Epic Applications Systems Manager, Director of Epic Applications, and currently, Director of Epic Applications & Data Analytics.

Amber W. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Systems from Taylor University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In October 2003, they received the Cadence® Enterprise Scheduling certification from Epic, followed by the OpTime® OR Management certification in December 2003. In May 2004, they obtained the Radiant Radiology Information System certification. Amber'smost recent certifications include EpicCare Ambulatory, which they obtained in December 2017, and Healthy Planet Analytics and Clinical Build, which they obtained in May 2018.
