Melvin McDowell

Melvin McDowell has extensive experience in community health and counseling, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Community Health Specialist and Case Manager at Access Community Health Network since April 2007, Melvin has held various roles including Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor and Certified HIV/AIDS Case Manager, as well as Anger Management Specialist II since May 2014, where responsibilities include assessing individuals and reporting to legal entities.
