Yolanda Chen

Yolanda Chen is a seasoned HR and payroll specialist with extensive experience in payroll processing and human resource functions. Currently serving as a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist at Access Corporate Group since June 2021, Yolanda is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for Australian employees and managing payroll functions internationally. Prior experience includes roles at CCIC Australia in marketing and client communication, as well as an internship as an HR Coordinator at Talents Park, where involvement in recruitment and client relations was key. Yolanda's career began at Guangwu Property Group, advancing from an HR Coordinator to an Assistant Payroll Manager, where skills in payroll supervision were honed. Yolanda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in International Convention, Exhibition and Tourism from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
