Arvind Ahirwar

Arvind Ahirwar is a Senior Coordinator in Marketing at ACCESS Development Services, with a strong background in rural development and enterprise management. Currently based in Bathinda, Arvind leads a women empowerment project, managing 79 women-led group-based enterprises and focusing on sustainable livelihoods. Previously, Arvind held roles at The/Nudge Institute and Odisha Livelihoods Mission, where they contributed to impactful livelihood initiatives and strengthened poultry adoption models. Arvind earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, and has certifications in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Business Analytics.
