Mausami Sharma

Mausami Sharma is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social empowerment initiatives. Currently serving as Manager Enterprise at ACCESS Development Services, Mausami focuses on enhancing the social and economic empowerment of over 1200 Kirama women and street vendors in Lucknow, facilitating access to grocery business ownership, financial tools, and digital payment services. Previously, Mausami worked as a Consultant with Tata Trusts on the Menstrual Health Management program, promoting training on reusable cloth pads and hygiene practices. Additionally, Mausami held the position of State Program Coordinator at SEWA Bharat for eight years, contributing to the organization's mission to support poor, self-employed women workers. Mausami holds a degree in Rural Management from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.
