Shomita Kundu is an accomplished professional in sustainability leadership coaching and social impact strategy design, currently serving as Associate Vice President at ACCESS Development Services since March 2024. With extensive experience as a Leadership Practitioner Coach and Livelihoods Expert at Sustainability Leadership Coaching since September 2013, Shomita has facilitated numerous learning programs utilizing the Radical Transformational Leadership methodology. The expertise includes capacity building in sustainability leadership, social business strategy, and organization design, with thematic focus areas such as climate change adaptation and renewable energy access. Key clients include UNICEF, WWF, and Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Previous roles include Manager - MEL at Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation and Consultant at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements, among others.
