Shomita Kundu is an accomplished professional in sustainability leadership coaching and social impact strategy design, currently serving as Associate Vice President at ACCESS Development Services since March 2024. With extensive experience as a Leadership Practitioner Coach and Livelihoods Expert at Sustainability Leadership Coaching since September 2013, Shomita has facilitated numerous learning programs utilizing the Radical Transformational Leadership methodology.
