Tracey Dillon

Tracey Dillon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at AccessEAP, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Tracey held various leadership positions in supply chain management, including Head of Supply Chain at Alcon from December 2019 to November 2023 and Supply Chain Director at Becton Dickinson from January 2017 to December 2019. Tracey’s experience at Becton Dickinson also includes a tenure as Customer Solutions Manager for the Supply Chain in ANZ from February 2006 to 2016. Additional professional background includes roles such as Customer Service Manager ANZ at Boston Scientific Corporation and various managerial positions at Bartter Enterprises, including NSW Distribution and Admin Manager and National e-commerce Manager. Tracey Dillon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management from the Queensland University of Technology, obtained in 1997.
