Alicia Battle, PhD, MCHES has a diverse work experience in the field of public health and education. Currently, they serve as the Director of Teaching Health Center at Access Health Louisiana. Alicia Battle, PhD, MCHES completed their education through a chronological series of academic achievements. Alicia obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from Austin Peay State University in 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Public and Community Health, also from Austin Peay State University, which they completed in 1996. Finally, they furthered their education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Health Education in 2015.
