Kumar Shwetabh

Kumar Shwetabh is President of US Operations of Access Healthcare. In this role, Kumar is responsible for developing and leading Access’ direct market strategy for hospitals and health systems. Kumar also leads all aspects of enterprise business of Access Healthcare and onshore service delivery centers.

Additionally, Kumar is the CEO of Pacific BPO, a 100% subsidiary of Access Healthcare. Kumar Shwetabh is responsible for its business operations, including business development, client relationship management, operations management, training & transition, quality management, and Profit & Loss (P/L) management of the organization. Additionally, Kumar is the President of Hospital Business at Access Healthcare.

Kumar co-founded Pacific BPO in 2010, and within eight years, he grew the company from zero to 2,200+ employees. In August 2018, Access Healthcare acquired Pacific BPO to create one of the largest offshore healthcare revenue cycle services teams.

Kumar brings over 18 years of experience in sales, account management, transition, and operations management in healthcare revenue cycle management. He has successfully designed and implemented outsourcing solutions for various large hospitals, health systems and RCM companies and has managed multi-location teams of hundreds of employees and multi-million dollars in revenues. Before starting Pacific BPO, Kumar has worked in leadership roles at a Fortune 100 - US-based health insurance company and US-focused revenue cycle management companies.

For his outstanding contribution to the healthcare outsourcing industry, Kumar has featured in various magazines, including the Silicon Review magazine, the BPO Times and Business Connect magazines.

Kumar holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Pune University. In his free time, Kumar loves reading, writing, traveling and is a movie buff.
