Shaji Ravi (He/Him)

Shaji Ravi is the President and Managing Director of Access Healthcare. To this role, Shaji brings over 20 years of experience and drives operations excellence, technology solutions for our customers, oversees the strategic direction for the company. Having founded Access Healthcare in 2011, he has rapidly grown the team to over 13,000 members in around ten years. He also serves on the board of the company. He is the winner of the coveted "Entrepreneur of the Year" award from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2017.

Shaji is actively involved in developing new technology-enabled delivery models and innovative new service delivery methods that build Access Healthcare's competencies and improve its domain and technical expertise. He is responsible for building the company's leadership team across functional areas and has the overall responsibility for its business and financial performance.

Before Access Healthcare, Shaji led over 4,000 associates at Dell Services, managing multiple teams and processes during a period of heightened activity and global expansion. Shaji began his career with Nittany Decision Services before moving to Vision Healthsource (A Perot Systems Company) in 2000. He played an essential role in its growth, developing the right healthcare services talent and leading client transitions, elevating it to one of the country's first successful Healthcare BPOs. He took on the challenge of building the burgeoning healthcare sector, with a strong focus on technology, innovation, process re-engineering, and expansion.

Shaji is on the board of accessgiving, a unique corporate social responsibility initiative supporting schools for underprivileged children with infrastructure, financial, and skills augmentation.
