Diana Rich

Diana Rich, CEM, currently serves as the Event Operations Director at Access Intelligence since September 2024. Prior to this role, Diana held several key positions at Emerald, including Operations Director and Senior Operations Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating operational strategies for multiple annual B2B events in the food and sports & outdoor sectors. Diana's experience also encompasses a role as Operations Manager II at Reed Exhibitions US, where project management for various events was a focus, and positions at Freeman Company, where Diana evolved from National Account Executive to Client Solutions Manager, enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering client relationships. Diana began their professional journey as an intern at Pool Trade Show and graduated with a BS in Merchandising from the University of North Texas in 2007.
