Kevin Sghia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin began their career at Cowles Business Media in 1992 as a Market Development Manager. Kevin then moved on to Target Conference Corporation in 1994 where they served as Circulation Director until 1999. After that, they joined Medialink as the Internet Operations Manager from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they worked at Professional Media Group as the Marketing Operations Manager. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Customer Acquisition Manager at White Flower Farm. Kevin then joined ExecuNet in 2004, where they held multiple positions including Senior Product Manager and Associate Director/Acquisition, focusing on customer acquisition and reactivation. In 2011, they joined PlusMedia, LLC as the Director of Analysis & Planning for a short period of time. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Access Intelligence as the Group Marketing Director. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Director of Market Insights & Analytics until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director of Audience Insights & Analytics at Access Intelligence.

Kevin Sghia graduated from Providence College between 1984 and 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History. Prior to that, they attended Westhill High School, although the specific dates and degrees are unknown.
