Suzanne Withers has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Suzanne started their career at Freddie Mac in 1984 as the Director of HR, a position they held until 1998. In 2004, they joined Middleburg Bank as Executive Vice President of HR and has been serving in this role ever since.
